Located on campus and within walking distance of Aksarben Village’s vibrant and bustling retail and entertainment space, the cozy yet spacious, one-bedroom apartments feature large windows offering plenty of bright, natural light, while glass doors open to a great outdoor space of either a deck or balcony.

Rent, which is $1,400Ìýa month, includes cable, Wi-Fi, electricity, gas, and water. Pets other than fish are not allowed. Require service animalsÌýneed approval from CSM’s ADA coordinator. To sign a lease, an individual must be enrolled in a graduate program at CSM. Married or parenting CSM graduate students and their families are welcome to live in an apartment. While a meal plan in the campus dining hall is not included, graduate students can purchase one if they choose.

Initial leases beginÌýAugust 22, 2025 and will continue through August 16 2026. A $1,500 early termination fee will apply to move-outs or withdrawalsÌýprior to the lease’s conclusion. Renewal requests for 2025-26 will be due on MayÌý20,Ìý2025.
