153 Graduate from º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ
Omaha Neb. – º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ would like to congratulate the 153 students of this year’s graduating class. On Sunday, May 15, º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ (CSM) celebrated its 92nd Commencement in the Grand Ballroom of CenturyLink Center. The commencement address was delivered by Roberta Wilhelm, executive director of Girls Incorporated of Omaha, and degrees were presented by º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ President Dr. Maryanne Stevens, RSM.
During Commencement, Christa Manning a human biology major from Papillion, Nebraska, was honored with the Spirit of Saint Mary Award, the highest achievement bestowed on a CSM graduate recognizing her outstanding contributions to the quality of campus life and her service to the College and the community. The Striding Forward Award was given to the American Association of University Women (AAUW). Established in 2006, this award recognizes groups or individuals whose commitment, passion and support of the º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ mission have contributed to the overall success of the University.
