A minor in English will enhance your ability to write and speak effectively, can help you gain entrance to graduate or professional school and will strengthen your ability to understand and interpret literature.ÌýYou must earn a C or higher in all minor courses.
To earn this minor, you must earn a C or higher in 18 credit hours in English courses:

- 3 in British literature
- 3 in World literature
- 3 in advanced composition or literary nonfiction
- 3 in an English elective
